my 2 cents

• the fr35 is not made for long activities
• hence Garmin issueing a follow up FR30

hi, I didn't manage to get a case number, :( just lots of advice on deleting files and folders. I had lots of problems with a previous watch, which the eventually replaced after numerous calls, never a case number. This is my partners watch he's not had to many fails in the past.

This was only a 5 mile run, we done lots further and had no problems in the past.

unfortunately I can't use the fixing software as we only have mac computer and it doesn't work with Mac

I'll do a general post to see if anyone can fix it for him
