Garmin Connect/Express doesnt sync steps

HI,

I have Fenix 5S and Garmin connect web/Garmin Express is not synchronizing steps for a 3months or more. Activities are ok but all the files from Monitoring I have to manualy upload on the server to get steps and etc.

However Android version looks ok. When I am connected via bluetooth to my phone all looks ok but when I am charging my watch then I am expecting also sync via Garmin Express.

let me know possible fix
