Ant + connection to iPhone XR

Would appreciate advice on what IPhone lightning cable is required to connect the ANT + to my IPhone XR.

Have tried the Lightning to USB camera Adapter but this doesn't appear to connect or pick up the sensors on my bike. All the information I have been able to so far locate related to a 30 pin ANT + but the new Garmin. ANT + is a smaller item

I am using the Edge 1030.

Appreciate any assistance

If you are simply trying to connect the Edge 1030 to the phone for syncing use Bluetooth. I don't think the 1030 even supports syncing over ANT+. If you need ANT+ on your phone for some other reason, like to connect ANT+ sensors to use a platform like Zwift I believe the Wahoo Key device still works, though you will also need the lightning to 30 pin adapter.
