Take a one week break in a training plan?

I have a 16 week training plan, now when I try to move a workout one week further, and select "shift entire plan",

it moves everything up, also the dates that have passed.. which is not what I need obviously.

Is there any way to clear a few days to a week? and move future trainings?

Thank you.

  • Just skip the trainings. As far as I understand the system will automatically move the skipped workouts to future dates.

  • Only if you manually drag-and-drop each future workout individually in the training calendar, as far as I'm aware.

I just tested it again — not having used the functionality in a long time — and it seems you must have already tried the drag-and-drop operation, which gives you exactly two options: "Move only your workout" or "Shift the entire training plan". Your call as to how to achieve what you want with the least amount of work: move every future workout individually, or first shift the entire training plan forward by a week and then move every past workout individually back to where they were.

  • Move the few trainings one by one per hand or just don’t do them. Both ways will work.
