Vivoactive 3 sleep tracking not working

I have a brand new Vivoactive 3. Most nights, it doesn’t track any sleep at all, others it works fine. It is snug on the wrist, records all other activity. Anybody else has this problem? Love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.
