Uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi, when trying to uplaod to Garmin Connect it appaers with the error 'We don't support the file type you tried to import.'

I cannot view the ride or any of its data on my Garmin 810

Any help would be greatly appreciated

- your file is 100% corrupted, there is nothing that could be saved from it.
