I have done a long route of about 115 miles and the2019-07-27-06-07-33.zip .fit file will not upload to Garmin Connect. It is from an Edge 530. The file seems to be too large... Garmin device freezes when I open the activity and garmin connect web upload says file is too large. I wouldn't expect this from Garmin on a single day activity... Anyone able to fix it please? I only have a work laptop with me and can't download .fit file compression software (I think this is what I would need?).
