When viewing friends activities and titles are changed for whatever reason (explain workout details, how they felt, etc.) there's no way to see the complete title on the GC app on iOS, Android and mobile website. Maybe implement a feature for you to slide the title to read it completely or add a field right under "notes" where the full title is displayed.
