Steps data & goal issues on Garmin Connect in my Vivoactive HR

Dear all,

I have 2 main issues here:
1). My steps data on Thursday (11 July 2019) hasn't appear until today. For your information, I ran 4 kilometres on that day and already synced & appeared in Run Activity. How come I can have no steps data shown when I had my 4 km run activity record appear on that day? Is it sync issue? I get frustrated because it was my 44 days efforts out of 60 days to earn points for 60-Day Goal Getter Badge. 

2). My steps goal on Monday (27 May 2019) suddenly changed by itself without my acknowledgement. I never change my steps goal more than 5000 steps/day but suddenly only on that day the steps goals was changed to 13.235 steps/day. The next day it changed to 5000 steps/day without my acknowledgement again. How can I fix this? I need to restore the steps goal on that day to 5000 steps/day again. I think this can be done by Garmin Connect admin.

So, please help me on these issues because it really gets me frustrated to achieve my 60-Day Goal Getter badge points. Thank you in advance, all.
