Does anyone know what the preferred method is for reporting bug/feature requests to Garmin for the web version of Garmin Connect? Do we have to first go through Garmin Support (https://support.garmin.com/en-US/) or is there a more direct method? I've noticed a few minor bugs/missing features on GC Web that I imagine would be quick fixes if I could report them:
1) Delete Completed/Unfinished Garmin Coach Training Plans: It appears if you end a plan, there is no way to delete it from the archived under the "Completed" plans tab. Every other similar option allows deletion of historical/archived items via a red Delete button accessible in the gear/settings icon located next to the item (examples: completed challenges, completed goals). Garmin Coach plans seem to take a bit of trial and error to set up, so as a result I have 6 "Completed" Garmin Coach plans; in reality, these are unfinished plans that I ended early. Reading these forums, I am not the only one who has the "Completed" tab being crowded up like this. Seems like putting in a delete button like every other similar item would be welcome and an easy fix. It would be great to be able to keep a historical record of the legitimately completed plans I entered into, but without being able to delete unfinished plans, the archive is going to become somewhat useless.
2) Garmin Coach "long run day": In Garmin Coach Training Plans, you can select the day you want to do your long runs. Selecting this day in the set-up/edit menus actually sets your long run for two days after whatever you selected (i.e., if you select Friday, your long runs will actually appear on Sundays). This seems to be a reproducible bug and others on the forum have noted this same issue.
3) Training Effect Report for "All Activities": This Training Effect report is available on GC Web for running and cycling, but not for the All Activities option. However, this report is available for all activities on GC Mobile, so the back end data is there (and, as mentioned, the report format is already created on the web for running/cycling). It's a little puzzling why this report was left out for All Activities since all other performance stats in this section have reports. Seems like it could just be an oversight by Garmin.
