My badge for Global running day 2019 disappeared after being rewarded... how do I get it back?

I did a run on June 5th 2019, 7.11km in 41:23 min

After the run I got the Gobal Running Day 2019 badge rewarded on my cellphone and web app.

At the end of the day it disappeared again.... Why?

And how can I get it back?

Usually refreshing the page is enough, if no, then just edit your activity (like set some cool name for it), after saving, all badges connected with that activity will be refreshed.

Changing the name if the activity made the badge appear again.
