Well, when you hover over title there is underline and a hand cursor, so looks like a link.
Harder to guess are arrows for previous / next activity. Can't be sure which one do what, different sites set them opposite. So I rarely use such arrows as usually it's faster to open full list, than press a wrong arrow.
