It's like the data on the phone isn't uploaded to the online profile. Or like they are two different profiles. The one online seems like its completely fresh, with no data at all, even though I've used the device for months now, and it's syncing fine with the app.
I have logged in online with the same email address and password as I use in the app. However, this is the very first time I log in online.
Anybody know what could cause this problem? Tried searching the forum, but I only find very old threads about this, and none are exactly my problem.
