Personal records missing in connect profile

My public connect profile lists all sorts of data but for some reason the personal bests are missing. I made sure to check the corresponding box, but it doesn't change anything. Am I missing something?
I can set profile visibility to "everybody" - which means it opens up my profile for everybody, including non-logged in users. And in https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/publicProfile I can chose which items to show on my public profile. When I disable "Achievements" for example, they won't show on my public profile (test with private tab).
But that same behavior doesn't work with personal bests, although the checkbox exists. So it seems like a simple UI bug..
Yes, there are a lot of inconsistencies in Garmin Connect UI. So, it's hard to guess what is bug and what works as they want.
Now that option for records shows them only for logged-in. And yes, they should make it more readable, to easily share records with who we want.
You can only try contact them about that, but I tried with some similar problems - and they do not care at all. Even when someone from support at first replied that "something looks like bug", then at another response they stated that "everything works as it should". So if you want contact them, you need to be ready to keep hitting the wall... They will change UI, if they feel like it.
So, to get this straight: This forum here is *neither* supposed to be a place to discuss and share experiences for runners (because there are only device or garmin component specific sub-forums). Nor is there feedback from Garmin on bug reports?
Then what the hell is this thing for? Just a place for users to vent?
