unable to upload Garmin Activity Files gpx or tcx routes for months!

why is this no longer possible? i am trying to get someone elses route into my account via the 'upload' facility.  its been like this for months, surely it should be fixed by now.

    How are you trying to upload them, I'm having no issues at the moment and haven't had in the past.

    Hi & thanks for replying.  Im using the 'import data' facility in Connect. Ive tried both 'Browse' and 'Drop' but neither have worked for ages. Any ideas?  I didn't have any issues previous to around 2 months ago.

    What sort of files are they?  I'm not having issues unless I try to import 'non activity' gpx files, see this when you try to import data, normal gpx files won't import

    You can import:

    • Garmin Activity Files (.tcx, .fit or .gpx format) Learn More
    • Fitbit® body or activity data (.xls, .xlsx or .csv format). Learn More

    Hi did you find out how to sort it, I think I’m having the same issues. I can’t upload any file format to garmin connect. It start the transfer then stops. I’m about to go on a two month ride in a few weeks and can’t get it working. I’m almost at the pint of binning garmin.
