Hi,
I do pretty much the same weights session at the gym 3 times a week, just increasing the weights.
Currently, I have to do the session, it attempts to record the exercises/reps, and then I have to go to the session on Connect Web to update all of the reps and exercises that it got wrong.
I would rather just record the session, but then copy over a previous session which is correct and just adjust the weights if necessary.
Is there any way to do this?
