Is there a way to copy a Strength app session that I have corrected? I repeat the same workout 3 times a week

Hi, 

I do pretty much the same weights session at the gym 3 times a week, just increasing the weights.

Currently, I have to do the session, it attempts to record the exercises/reps, and then I have to go to the session on Connect Web to update all of the reps and exercises that it got wrong.

I would rather just record the session, but then copy over a previous session which is correct and just adjust the weights if necessary.

Is there any way to do this?

    I don't think there is a way to do exactly what you are asking, but if you do the same workout each time you could create a strength workout in Connect and send it to your watch. This way it would get the exercises correct (and even prompt you which exercise to do next). You might still have to correct reps but you can do that on the device if you prefer. At the end of each set when you press the lap button to go into rest mode if you hit the down key when it asks if you want to edit you can set the number of reps and weight you just did. This might make things a bit easier for you rather than doing it all after the fact.
