Cannot restore purchased maps on a replaced device.

Hi all,

I had issues with my GPSMap ST64, after contacting support they proposed to replace my device but they said they would copy my content from my old device to the new one and this has not been done. So I have a fresh new device.

I registered the new device in Garmin Connect and logged-in but when I want to restore all the maps I purchased the list stays empty, it says "There is no content for this device". How am I supposed to restore the purchased maps?


I kept a backup from my old Garmin device but not too sure if I can just copy/paste the complete /Garmin folder from my old device to the new one?

Any clue?
