Initially my H10 would not pair with my Garmin Forerunner 235 but I found the answer. You must wear your H10 monitor, go to the Polar Beat app on your phone/device. Open the menu in the upper left corner and choose Settings. Under the heading General choose "HR Sensor". A menu opens for your H10 sensor. Enable the ANT+ option. Once that is done you the go the Garmin watch menu Settings and you can successfully pair the H10 to the Garmin 235.
I've just followed up the procedure recommended by 2500970 and it works. I've been able to connect my Polar H10 (with the updated firmewar version) to my Forerunner 235. If your Polar H10 is older than 2019 than you need to update te firmewar via Polar Beat.
Not happening for me guys! My 235 simply refuses to see the external Polar H10 sensor, even after ANT+ is turned on in the Polar Beat App. I am able to bypass the issue by adding a data field from connect.garmin.com that recognizes the sensor, but I don't get real time HR zone alerts then. I have to keep looking into the watch. Very frustrating! Appreciate any insights.
