Garmin Connect Sync Problem on iPhoneXR

Hi Everyone,

Got problem on syncing my activities to Strava and in Garmin Connect on website.

It'll started when I changed my phone from iPhone6S to iPhoneXR, to be specific. Before changing my phone, GC apps in my iPhone6S, Strava, GC in website (connect.garmin.com) were synced well. Every activity from my Edge1030 & Fenix5X can be posted in less than a minute with no problem.

But when I changed my phone, downloaded the GC app and installed, my activities won't appear to Strava as well as in GC on website. My devices can be paired with my phone, activities can be seen.

I did some basic things like: install/uninstall the GC app in my phone; sign in/out from the app; link/unlink Strava, etc. but to no avail. One thing that I noticed, my Garmin account from website is not synced to my account in my phone.
I did manual uploading of my activities to GC on website (wired my devices), my activities are shown in both Strava & GC on my PC.

    Possibly your problem right there. Is the username/password for your GCM account the same as your GC account? It should be if you want the activities to sync.
  • philipshambrook Thank you for your reply Sir but I can assure that my account info (from email to password) are similar when logging into the apps and into the web.
    I can see my profile having similar information. The only thing that I noticed is that, my training programs/courses saved in GC website are not reflecting to GC app in my phone.
