"CST" time zone? Are Garmin aware that they have customers all over the world?

Announcement on Garmin Connect this evening: Starting at 7:30pm CST we will be doing maintenance on Garmin Connect. This will cause intermittent impacts to courses, scheduled workouts, activity search, reports and segments. This will last about an hour. Thanks in advance for your patience as we work to maintain our platform.

7:30 pm is ok. That is the same as 19:30.

But CST? That will probably be understood by people who happen to live in the same small country as Garmin. But to the rest of the world it makes no sense, unless we start googling.

If you instead had written 7:30 pm (UTC -5 hours) I would immediately be able to compare it to my own timezone (UTC +2 hours) and see that I have to correct the time by 7 hours to get my local time.
