Something I've always had a level of uncertainty about is if my activity level is the right fit for me.
As of now, I've set it to 7 due to:
- I run four times a week and the shortest distance is 10km up to 20km approximately (in periods a couple of 25 - 32km as well)
- My daily steps average is about 20k.
I usually don't do more than this. I try to implement a couple of low intensity core strength training to prevent injuries.
Based on the above mentioned information, would you set the activity level to 7 as well?
