The solution is to pause the training (go to Garmin Coach - then the three dots on the top right, choose "Pause"). Then resume it immediately and the missed training was there!... Hope…
I believe, you do not need to reschedule missed workouts of a coach plan. Simply pause or reschedule the future workouts, and start the missed workout directly on the watch:
Didn't work for me. Once it is marked skipped on the plan and your watch is synced, I can't move it on the calendar and I can't select it from the workplace. Also the work out plan progresses…
I don’t have Garmin coach, maybe that’s the difference. As long as I don’t use the app - I have use .com, I can drop and drag.
As user @iboulder noted, I think the drag and drop only works if you have not synched your watch. I was able to previously drag and drop the following morning after a missed workout on a Garmin Coach plan, but this AM I was not able to do it. I think it was because I DID sync my watch this AM before attempting to reschedule. Curious is anyone else has encountered something similar.
I was able to move the missed workout by pausing the training program and restarting it. However, I noticed that it did modify future parts of the training plan (i.e. there was previously a run scheduled for tomorrow as well, and that run no longer exists).
Ok, but unfortunally when you pause and restart your training program, all the remaining jobs are rescheduled and seems that all the program restarts from a past state, as you should retrieve from an injury

Thank you - I tried all other suggested options of trying to reschedule a missed workout, but none of them worked for me. However, your suggestion of changing the training plan days did work - yay!!

Does not work for Past workouts
Just an update for anyone interested - I don’t recommend pausing and restarting the training plan. It didn’t solve the missed workout issue, and actually doing this seems to have totally messed up my future workout calendar!!
I’m on week 5 and I did have new (more interesting) workouts appearing next week, but now I’ve just got the same plan as I’ve had for the first 4 weeks repeated again……
I’m getting a bit fed up of repeating the same workouts for 6 weeks running (my plan is only for 13 weeks in total) and I can’t see any way to amend it.
