I could do it!...
The solution is to pause the training (go to Garmin Coach - then the three dots on the top right, choose "Pause"). Then resume it immediately and the missed training was there!... Hope…
I believe, you do not need to reschedule missed workouts of a coach plan. Simply pause or reschedule the future workouts, and start the missed workout directly on the watch:
Didn't work for me. Once it is marked skipped on the plan and your watch is synced, I can't move it on the calendar and I can't select it from the workplace. Also the work out plan progresses…
Yesterday, I had to work long. arrived late at home with 0 energy left. this morning I wanted to do my planned training from yesterday with no luck.
the calendar didn't allow me to move the session from yesterday to today.I tried to search for a solution but i didn't find any.
Luckily, I managed to find this work around. it worked for me after that i returned the schedule as previous.
But yeah, would be much easier if I could move the workout on the calendar from one day to another.

Well it's a few years later and Garmin still hasn't fixed this one. But I've found another solution:
1. Go into the training plan (in app, top left menu>training>training plans>name of your plan).
2. Select "workout schedule".
3. Deselect the day you missed and select today instead. Then save.
Then schedule will reshuffle the missed workout to today.

There is also a feature where you can edit the training plan. Simply go in and add the workout you missed manually. When you select the three dots chose add workout it will then give you the option to add it to the training plan.

I had to use the computer, not my phone and was able to drag the workout I wanted to reschedule to it’s new day. I then had to sync my device and all was good.
This did not work for me, and I wonder if I am missing something. My problem is that I was out of town, I missed two workouts with garmin coach and I forgot to reschedule them or pause it before I missed them. As indicated, I am unable to reschedule them either on the phone or on the web paltform. I tried this approach of pausing the whole program on my phone, making sure the watch synced, and then resuming the program. No luck, nothing changed. It still shows my two missed workouts.
