It is good to see the training plans that are currently available, however with the growing number of mud runs/obstacle courses etc, this seems an obvious area for improvement.
A mixed training programme would be ideal, one that incorporates both running and strength exercises aimed specifically at this type of event, but I'm sure a vast number of people (myself included) would also like to see individual strength programmes added.
I'm aware that we can create our own workouts, which I enjoy, but I find this is not very user friendly for strength exercises, especially when trying to find the correct variations of the different exercises.
