Garmin Connect sync to "Google Fit" and "Samsung Health"

Garmin Connect is a great sports tracking app. But a lot of people also want other features that are more health oriented. And this is where sending data from Garmin Connect to a service like Samsung Health or Google Fit comes in place.

HealthSync Android app let you sync Garmin to Google Fit and others.

I installed Strava.

Strava connected to garmin watch.

Then samsung health connected to Strava.

So garmin connects to smasung health via strava. For free

Does that also work for steps/sleep/all-day HR? Or is it just syncing runs and other activities logged to Strava?

Go to settings. Connected services. Select Strava

Came to this and since there was no solution I dig further on the web.

I ended to get steps synched on my googlefit by using another app myfitnesspal, free version.

It is working fine and with a minimal delay. Once I synched data from the sport watch to garmin connect in a matter of minutes I see steps increased on googlefit.
