komoot connection - error on garmin side

i wanted to connect komoot with my garmin account.
i followed the instruction, but after login and accepting the data-security-guidelines of garmin,
garmin says "error - this application is not able to get the rights"

does anyone have the same problem?

I am having the same problem, phoned garmin who suggested removing all bike apps from phone and reinstalling. Didn't work, same message and won't work. There is a work around. on komoot on your PC export file and it will download to computer. Plug in garmin then drag to garmin 'new files' folder. They then appear in courses on garmin. Really annoying though. I have also emailed Komoot, no reply. I hope someone knows the fix..
