Hi, I had the idea to create a workout - a quite popular one - started right away in garmin connect. The result could be better.
.) Some exercises are missing (e.g. Wallsit). It would be great if they would be added. Or you can add a "freestyle" exercise - of course with no sensor support.
.) Exercises with no repetitions (e.g. Plank) - are counted with 0 repetitions. Correct from the view of a sensor, but needs manual correction afterwards. These exercises could have a default counter? For example in the definition of the workout? Or at least 1 repetition?
.) If I put a rest in my workout, I also put a note which exercise comes next - but this note isn't shown per default on my forerunner. It would be great to have all notes/comments especially shown on the rest element of a workout.
Only some ideas ...
