Third Party Apps will not connect to Garmin Connect - Nike Run Club / FleetFeet

Strava is connected just fine, but I cannot get Nike Run Club or FleetFeet to even open the consent box. I have deleted all the apps and reinstalled them with no luck. I have contacted both the Nike app support group and Garmin Connect support group.
