Garmin connect asking to finish setup

last few days every time I turn on the connect app it wants me to finish the setup. I have completed the setup on many occasions, and this is getting annoying.

I'm having the same problem with an iPhone 8 and vivosmart 4. This is really annoying! I've uninstalled the connect app and reinstalled it and the problem persists.
