The Garmin Edge 25 is recognised by Garmin connect, I can upload activities and update software, but when I click on Garmin Connect the device isn't recognised? I've tried adding a device but it only lists my other devices, no Edge 25 or an option to add a new?
Also the Edge 25 won't automatically upload to the Garmin mobile app either, it's connected to the phone in bluetooth but won't show connected to the app, I've done soft/hard resets several times but still no joy?
Any help?
