Elevation Correction in GCM

The elevation data collected on Garmin devices is often flawed, especially on watches that record the pressure altitude instead of the GPS altitude. That is why Garmin offers the "Elev Correction" option in Garmin Connect online. This same functionality needs to be available in Garmin Connect Mobile. Two features need to be added to GCM:

1. The same selection option on an activity to enable/disable "Elev Correction". The data presented in GCM is already coming from the Garmin server, so there should be no more workload for GCM app to display the updated numbers since the server is doing the computational work. Simply add this to the Edit Activity screen.

2. No matter where the "Elev Correction" was enabled (GCM or GC online), if enabled, show the corrected data in GCM. At present, even if it is enabled in GC online, the uncorrected data is displayed when looking at the same activity in GCM. That is bad. The user wants to see the corrected data if they enabled Elev Correction online, so show that corrected data when displaying in on their smart phone too.

Why should the user have to go to a browser and make this selection and/or view an activity to see the corrected information. Especially when the watch has done such a poor job of capturing elevation info that is off by a massive amount. I have one activity where the VA3 recorded 0 (yes I mean zero) elevation gain for a 25,000' climbing day (yet the elevation profile graph shows all the climbing). That is a code bug that has been reported to Garmin, but simply enabling Elev Correction at least gets it close. But I can't do that on the phone, it has to be done in a browser. Simple change in GCM app for both of the above at least makes the feature you already have implemented functional on the GCM phone app.
