Is time vs distance a thing yet?

Hey guys,

I was reading through some old (ancient in fact) posts raising the fact that you can't see time and distance together. Is there a way around this now or is this issue ongoing?

I ran a half marathon training run and left the watch running whilst I did my cool down - from what I can gather there's no way to work out the 21.1km time?

I get that I can find my 21km time from the splits or next time try to stop the watch bang on 21.1 but I can't help but feel that this is a bit ... 'sloppy' ... especially in a sport where every second counts.

Maybe this has been updated and I'm just not aware of how to do it?
  • Yeah, I find this very annoying. It's even worse on the mobile app where you can only see time.

For this kind of thing, I use https://runalyze.com, which is free, syncs with Garmin Connect, and can show you lots of stats. In your case, it can show laps/splits of any arbitrary time or distance, so you could chop your run up any way you want, including viewing the 21.1km split.
