How to see the music played during a run...

Hi
Does anyone know any way to see the music listened to during an activity in Connect?

I have the 645M. I can see that the music I listen to is recorded in the FIT file in clear text (and always has been if I look at older files).

Now last week, for just one day, one of my runs showed a 'Playlist' panel at the right of the map when viewing the activity in connect. None of the other runs showed this though. going back into that run today though the panel is no longer there.

Is this something that I need to enable somewhere or is it something currently in development?
Thanks
-Andy
  • Hi Andy, would love to hear it if you found the answer. I have the exact same experience.

  • Where on the fit file do you see this?

  • I know this is an old post, but someone may find this useful -- Garmin Connect removed the feature to be able to see your activity's playlist on Garmin Connect in July 2019 (per a recent chat with Garmin Support, copied below). I am able to see what played during activities up until mid-June 2019 and by late-June 2019 the music list no longer appears. I haven't checked out the FIT file yet, so am unable to provide an answer on that part.

Per Garmin -- "Looks like this was removed in July of 2019. Due to changes in our music capable devices we no longer display the song information in Garmin Connect."
