Transfer or export trainings for/to another Person or watch

Hello,
is it possible to transfer an issued / planned trainings file to another person? i can't see any possibility to export ...
Fenix 5 plus to Garmin instinct watch.
the only way is to add his watch to my account and transfer the files by sending to his watch but on the other hand i have all his runs in my garmin connect account after sychronizing but i dont want his activities .
I appreciate an idea or a way to do.

Yes, but the person receiving the workout needs to use the USB cable with a computer: https://forums.garmin.com/forum/into...out-to-a-group

The person sending the workout needs to get the workout file, either by using the cable or downloading from GC, with the trick I posted here (works best with a computer):

The procedure is
1) Get workout file (see link above)
2) Give workout file to friend

Your friend should:
3) Connect watch to computer with usb
4) Copy file to /GARMIN/NEWFILES or /GARMIN/WORKOUTS
