Garmin Connect not showing running power data

I have added combo power IQ data field to my Fenix 5x. I am using the HRM chest strap. I have set it up correctly in the IQ data fields for the run activity and it was displaying power readings on it first run connected. When I sync'd the Fenix 5x with Connect, the run activity did not display the running power data. According to DC rainmaker it should be...:"Once complete, you’ll see running power on Garmin Connect down in the Connect IQ sections:" "see below" Now he had a image of this on his connect and below the temperature readout, there was a running Power IQ data field. On my PC Garmin connect, there is not running power IQ data field. I know the data is there, because for the first time, my Sporttracks program showed its first power/FTP readout data from this run. Is there some sort of setting I need to adjust in Garmin connect to display this Connect IQ section or what is going on?? As a side, my strava did not show the power data either.

    1) There is a bug right now in Garmin Connect where IQ fields are not showing up in activities
    2) Strava does not show power from IQ fields, period (unlike SportTracks)

    In a nutshell, IQ data and built-in "native" data are treated differently by GC/3rd-party sites, and sometimes you'll see bugs like this, or situations where some sites just ignore the IQ data.

    Thanks for the reply confirming the issue with Garmin connect and IQ fields. I was aware that some 3rd party sites may not recognize the IQ data, which is why it was great to see SportTracks showing the data, probably the clincher in spending some money with this, as it is just on trial at the moment. Hopefully someone from Garmin monitors this troubleshooting site but anyway, I have sent an email re the same, but ...... ah well, we know what Garmin is like with support issues. :)

    The last time this happened, Garmin fixed it within a day or 2. I also sent a support email. For me, at the moment, IQ fields don't appear on the web but do show in mobile connect.

    I know this post has been a while but I had the same today. I turned out "write data to file" on purpose, so running power was displayed during the run on the fly but it did not show up in Garmin Connect. How was the case with you?
