How to unhide widgets?

When opening Garmin Connect I can only see the "Heart rate" and the "Calories" widget. I have accidently hidden the others. How do I get them back?

On iOS at least, you can scroll down and tap “Edit My Day”. On the website, scroll down and click the “+” card.
