Unable to import Fibit data to Garmin Connect

I'm loving my Vivoactive 3, however, I'm struggling to import my Fitbit data over to Garmin Connect. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I have visited the Garmin support page and followed the instructions accordingly, however, I am getting the below error message. Thank you!

Struggling with the lost data of old imported activities i've tried today to re-import an older cycling-activity from Runtastic (a TCX-file) and also couldn't import it anymore. Seem's that something is broken here. The same file in GPX-format from komoot did work! But with GPX sadly you'll lost other data like heartrate and similar...

Same problem here for the last two days. I've tried .csv and .xls and got the same errors.

The problem is obviously intermittent and has nothing to do with the file itself.

My Fenix 5 Sports watch failed in uploading an activity. So i tried the manual upload via Connect Website the original file (.FIT) as stored on my watch.
Same problem, and the error occurs on any other file type which i have converted it into (TCX, GPX)

This is very annoying as it works only once in a while without any changes. But most of the times, it fails
