Sleep monitoring not working every night

I have a Fenix 5 and I have noticed that sleep monitoring is not working every night. The watch is fully updated to the latest SW version. The behavior of the watch is that some nights may monitor my sleep and some others not. I wear the watch all day long. Also, I tried to have a Garmin native watch face selected during the night but that did not seem to solve the issue. Any ideas?
