I installed the data field Interval Tracker (MattBlakkus) and I managed to show it on my device vivoactive HR but not on my phone app Connect. I would like to adjust the time and segments but this is not possible directly on my Garmin device. So I assume that I can only adjust it on my phone but I don't know how.
