What happened to charts and graphs for my older activities???!!!

Maps and charts are gone for my activities prior Jul 20, 2016. All that's left is summary data. This also corresponds to when I switched from using an Edge 705 to an Edge 820.

Can you see your routes, heart rate, cadenced, and power charts for activities over 2.5 years ago?
  • No I can't. It will just be a small issue with the GC website that will soon be resolved.
  • Same issue here ! All "older" (prior to Nov. 2018) data of my FR405 are gone (summary is here, no GPS, no charts). Edge 1000 data from that periode are all okay.
    Glad to hear it's not just me, so there's a good chance it'll be a temporary problem with GC only. That's why I keep a permanent sync with Sporttracks mobile, which syncs with sporttracs offline, safes to my local logbook and is locked up on my backup HDD in my safe ;-) . I just don't trust the fact having valuable data (and yes, I consider my training log valuable !!!) in some companies cloud.
    I have to correct myself: Claimed "export original data" gives corrupted data in previous version of this post. That's not true! It's actually the original files I used for import.

    The activities affected by this problem all have been exported from SportTracks (I only switched to GC last october), with several activities in a single .tcx file, and imported into GC. Worked great, however, now it seems they did something that no longer allows a correct interpretation of those imported .tcx files.
