Is it just for me, or is the auto step challenge messed up for others as well? When going into to 2019, the last challenge of 2018 (Dec 24-30) ended and a new challenge was created starting at January 1 2018 and ending at January 7 2018. With the data from that period, but obviously a year old basically. I was a bit surprised to see that I had taken 50K steps already during the first hours of 2019...
Same here. I left that challenge, reconnected and ended up an new "0 steps challenge" (which may be okay since I am a beginner..). However, it nevers shows any steps, overall and todays steps are always "0", even thought there are correct step values in my Gramin Connect dashboard. Any ideas?
I was in contact with Garmin support via chat, and they could confirm that they are aware of the issue and looking into it. No promise of any resolution, however we now know that they at least are looking into it. I most say that I am not overly impressed with the testing process at Garmin for new functionality...
same for me. On january 1st i noticed the wrong start and end date of the challange. Now it has the start-date decembre 31 2018 and end-date january 6 2019, but the steps i had taken are the steps of the first week from last year.
I noticed my 125k challenge for this week said it finished 8th January which looked like I was in an old challenge that had finished and I was in last place on 0. It's since changed to a current 125 k step challenge which says will finish on the 6 Jan but I am the only person with 0 steps although I already have 70,000+ this week. It shows I have synced today but still at 0.
