steps challenge does not work

    Not working for me either. The current challenge I'm in 'ended' on 8th January - a date in the future - and five of us in the challenge have no steps recorded, despite me clocking up almost 40,000 in the last two days.

    Agree. I too had date last challenge ended as 8 Jan.
    Also my recorded steps in the challenge is more than the sum of the number of steps in activities.
    Hadn’t thought to check the totals previously.

    Mine is also not working and I was talking with a friend of mine that got hers for Christmas and she just started and was put in her challenge group this week but her steps as well are not tracking in the step challenge. Is someone working on this issue. I’m at over 7000 steps this week and mine shows 0. However I do see that some do have a number but it’s like 60+ and I’m in a 20K step challenge.

    My step total is wrong. About 5000 steps lower than it should be. Keep re syncing but not updating it.

    I messaged Garmin just after I posted on here but haven't had a reply yet. A friend is having the same problem with his steps challenge but it says his ended on 7th January. Hopefully Garmin are looking into it and will update us soon.

    Got a reply from Garmin this afternoon :-

    "Thanks for your email.


    The issue you are referring to is something that we are aware of and are working hard towards a resolution, however, we do not have a time frame for this to be completed as yet.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause."
  • The date has changed, but it still hasn’t registered the steps I’ve done!

    Same for me Swalks. At least the date has changed for us so it's a step in the right direction ????
