The step challenge bug looks like was fixed for us all last night .. Steps anxiety is real .. my personal record hasn’t updated though still showing previous weeks total that I smashed
I thought the Step Challenge was fixed and was all excited leading the 0 Step Challenge (having had to start over) with over 100K steps! Only to find when they did the final calculations they only credited me with 75k! And I came in 2nd! Wha?! Anyone heard of a fix?
I’m using an Approach S60 and unfortunately the steps are not registering on the Steps Challenge. Any ideas on how to resolve the issue? I’ve updated the S/W and have opt’d out and back in again but no joy.
If you don't care what Challenge you are in, then exit your current Challenge. Wait a few hours for Garmin to re-assign your slot to someone else. Then join a Challenge again. You should be placed in a new Challenge. If you are in the old Challenge, exit again and wait again.
I am having the same problem, started last week and continued on this weeks challenge. If I connect to pc steps in challenge are registered. Hope to hear a solution.
