Connect not syncing with Apple Health

hello

just wondering if anyone has successfully got their Garmin connect data synching with apple
health app. I finally managed to get connect as a source in the health app thanks to a post on here but it’s still not synching the data. I had to create a new Garmin account for it to appear as a source but have then logged in with my original account. This was a known issue a few months back but there’s been no updates since. I have the latest OS and version of the connect app.

Any help is appreciated as I really want to have one source for all my exercise and don’t want to wear both my Apple Watch and Garmin when I’m out running.

    I've found that when I synch my watch using the cable with my Garmin Express on my computer, it doesn't push to Apple Health. When I synch using Bluetooth with the Garmin app on my phone, it does push. Usually.
