Chinese apps.garmin

Do you have any experience of communicating with the Chinese version of apps.garmin? I am a new developer of garmin applications and I do not receive notifications about reviews from this server and I can not respond to them. I tried to create the same account as for the American version, but even under this account I can not reply reviews. When reviewers contact me using the form, I receive their request without their return e-mail address and I can not contact them back.
Thank you for any ideas.

    Developer login info is unfortunately not synced so you cant reply to reviews on apps.garmin.cn

    In the contact author form the email address is optional now (also in the english store) so if they didnt provide an email address you cant reply

    a third problem you don't mention is that Chinese people cant access this forum... (Chinese government restricted), what i do to solve this is provide a link to an article on my http://starttorun.info site to provide help and a means of info
