I am wanting to buy a new Garmin but need to know if the alarm function is different on other models. I have the Forerunner 235 that only allows a daily, weekday, or weekend setup for a specific time. Can anyone tell me if they have changed this option in any of the other watches? I really would like to be able to pick and choose days for a certain alarm to go off. Thank you!
It differs on a per model base. I don't know all the Garmin watches but i know that on the fenix5x+ and vivoactive 3 there's a custom option in the alarm section where you can choose on which day (eg 9:00 on monday and wednesday and thursday) the alarm should go off. I'm asuming most of the newer watches will have this option. Just ask the sales person to let you try it on the watch you want :)
