Hi, I only have my Garmin Forerunner now for a few days and is was perfect until last nights when this problem started at 2am in the morning.
When my Garmin Forerunner 735XT tries to sync with Garmin Connect on my iPhone (IOS12.1, Garmin Connect App version 4.13.1, watch virsion 9.40) the watch resets and starts again with a vibration and 1 beeps. This only happens when the App is open. The hart rate data for the previous 4 hours is also lost after this reset. With the App open on my phone this happens about every 5 minutes. The watch time is now also out by 30 minutes and I cannot sync.
Can someone help me with this please?
