GPSMAP Sub Forum?

Hello!

I recently purchased a GPSMAP 66st and this past weekend had issues with battery drain with two sets of batteries. However, I don't know where to post my issue. I would have thought there would have been a sub forum for hand help GPS units under the "On the Trail" heading.

This seems to be the mantra. Users are concerned with what they have, not what Garmin wants them to buy. Are these "user" forums, or push platforms?
