Cannot Upload FIT File To Connect

Hi.

I have an Edge 520 and everytime I try to upload a workout to Garmin Connect I get the following error message "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance".
I have updated to the latest software for the Edge 520 and tried different USB leads and used RepairFitFile to check for file corruption and it found no issues with the file, none have worked.
I am using Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit.
Is there a fix for this issue?
