Hey all,
I just received a eTrex 20x to use during land search and rescue operations and some minor hiking...
The Assurance is about 200 meters off.. it shows that I am on the other side of the road when I leave my house... again about 200 meters off and it never seems to correct. I have tried the "hard reset" that I found elsewhere i the forum, but the process didn't give me the option. It also seemed from other posts that this procedure only reset a few settings, not the entire unit.
I need this unit to be on spec for a December night search really soon. Any help is greatly appreciated.
